About Us:
In 1836 a log cabin was built on the present day site of Martin’s Chapel. A ministry was started at this location and continues there today. Our church is named for the Circuit Riding Preacher George W. Martin and his wife Minnie. We have a distinguished and long history of service and the surrounding community. Martin’s Chapel has a rich and fruitful heritage and enthusiastic and vital membership. The people of Martin’s Chapel have been making a difference in the community through service to others in the name of Christ for over 165 years, and he continues to bless them.
